Flow
１．Inquiries and Requests for Quotations
As for the beginning, we ask for your requests and concerns.
Please provide drawings, samples, shapes, purposes of your desired springs, and quantities.
We accept requests for quotation by mail, FAX, and regular mail.
２．Meeting
Based on the inquiries, we set up meetings with person in charge (PIC) about the specification of products and delivery methods.
３．Quotation
PIC will provide a quote based on the customer’s requests at the meeting.
４．Order
When you are satisfied with a proposed quotation, you will sign an order form to make it to official order form.
５．Inspection
Finished products are strictly inspected by various types of measuring devices before delivery. We will enclose inspection forms upon your request.
６．Delivery
Upon completion of inspection, we deliver products to your desired location
within the deadline.
