Endurance Test(Fatigue Test)
The endurance test(fatigue test) with a single spring is available. We can provide tests with your counterpart component if springs and counterpart components are installable in size and mechanism. Also, our examination's characteristic is to test in high-temperature environment in oil.
Side Force
For compression coil springs, side force could be important in addition to loads from the axis direction. By measuring the side force, it is possible to measure the center of gravity that occurs when compressing springs, and moments that occur at the contact area and the polished area.
Three-Dimensional Measurement
It is available to measure accuracy with coordinate measuring machines.
We can measure geometric tolerances such as profile of a line, position, flatness, and perpendicularity. In particular, profile of a line can be measured by its shape by scanning and evaluating it in detail.
