We specialize in processing smaller sizes of spring index (ratio of spring diameter to material wire diameter).
Especially, as for coil expanders, we can process with a spring index below 2.
By processing smaller diameters of coil expanders, we correspond to the production of thinner coil expanders.

Shaped Wire Coil Expander
It is possible to manufacture coil expanders with irregular cross-section shaped material.
Shaped wire provides a larger cross section than round wire in the same coil diameter design.
Therefore, shaped wire provides higher tension in the same design.
Friction Reduction
After the outer grinding of the coil expanders, we add additional processing to reduce friction by smoothing the contact points and coil expanders. This treatment is a physical treatment, not a chemical treatment, so this treatment does not damage the materials.
