Compression
Coil Spring
High Strengthening
In terms of compression coil springs, one of the issues is downsizing. We manufacture springs using materials stronger than steels listed in the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) (SWOSC-V, SWP-B, etc.).
By using stronger materials, the springs will be able to be used under higher stressing conditions when compared with the steels listed in JIS.

High Precision
By further improving and refining the technology, we aim to improve the dimensional accuracy of coil diameter, number of turns, free height, and squareness. As a result, it can reduce the variation of spring characteristics. This helps to minimize performance variations in equipment used by customers and contributes to the reduction of man-hours required after assembly (improving first-time quality for bench testing).

Non-linear Characteristics (Variable Pitch)
Non-linear characteristics can be obtained by changing the pitch of a single spring.
Generally, while two springs with different spring constants are used to obtain the spring characteristics as shown in the above figure, variable pitch with two steps gives these characteristics with a single spring.

Surface Treatment
Surface treatments such as plating and painting are available for the protection and rust prevention of springs. ※ For plating, baking (removing hydrogen embrittlement) is available.
As regards plating, it is mainly electro-zinc plating, but black chromate conversion coating and other types of plating are available as well. Electrophoretic plating is also available.

Color Marking
When there are multiple springs are used by customers, it is difficult to identify springs.
Color marking helps to prevent incorrect assembly on assembly lines when similar forms of springs are used as shown in the picture above.
※Other colors not shown in the above picture are also available.
